New innovations in the production process have helped companies like Nike work to minimize waste. The brand has recently lined-up a pair of shoes that utilizes this recycled material in a unique way.
This new Air Force 1 “Crater” features Recycled Grind fabrication on the seat along with the outsole. The branded patch at the tounge and the heel tab also share the same recycled material. Different colors and a speckled look creates the “trash” look underneath a shell of normal features. The classic white leather is left untouched and a metallic silver Swoosh brings the shoe together.
A release date and price for this shoe have yet to release but check back here for more official updates on the shoe. For now, check out some images of the shoe below.
