Originally released in 1997, the Nike Air Foamposite was a revolutionary sneaker in many ways. Using a brand new foam material on the upper with a design ahead of its time, the Nike Air Foamposite became the one of the best basketball sneakers of the 1990s. While the silhouette has transitioned into popularity off the court, Swoosh is further pushing the envelope with the Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Wool.”
Joining the the Air Jordan 3 and Air Jordan 12, the Nike Air Foamposite Pro is the latest sneaker to get done up in wool. The sneaker feature a Dark Heather Grey wool upper, with black on the Swoosh, lacing system and sock liner. White accents are used on the tongue and smaller Swoosh branding. A traditional icy outsole completes the sneaker.
The Nike Air Foamposite Pro “Wool” is expected to release on June 25 for $230. Stay posted to Sole Collector for official images and release information in the future.
