Pagani Has Finally Unveiled the Huayra Roadster
Italian hypercar maker Pagani has finally unveiled the Huayra Roadster ahead of its official Geneva Motor Show debut next month. The main difference between the Huayra and its Roadster variant is easily noticed — no fixed roof. A duo of roof options will be available in the form of a light carbon hardtop with centered glass or a fabric and carbon cover that is easily stored in the car. Loaded with carbon fiber and premium leather throughout, the Roadster continues the benchmark set forth by its predecessors.
Packing a Mercedes-AMG M158 6.0-liter V12 engine, the Roadster will put 754 horsepower and 737.5 lb-ft of torque onto pavement via a 7-speed automated manual transmission engineered and built by Xtrac. Weighing in at about 2,820 pounds, the Roadster is nearly 180 pounds lighter than the Huayra.
Limited to just 100 models, the Huayra Roadster will set you back a cool €2,280,000 EUR (~$2.43 million USD).
